Multiple Templates

Good Afternoon Everyone,

Quick question on the idea of different templates for more advanced or less advanced muscle groups. For example my chest is much more advanced than legs and or puling (DL) due to the fact that I neglected to train those areas with any level of consistency. My question, is it okay to run chest on a more advanced template?

We would not recommend that, as our templates aren’t really setup for more or less advanced muscle groups anyway.

It is equally likely that your upper body and lower body will respond well (or poorly) to a given template. Modifying the templates probably tips the scale more towards poorly without an extensive training history with the template.
