Hey Barbell Medicine,
sometime (more often in last time) wenn i try to train my muscles muscles tense up and hur until i stretch them…
is this nutrion dependent?
I ate vegetables last time over 2-3 year but never had problems. I Eat alot of Meat, noodles, kiwis, bananas, cheese, salt
This is unlikely to be related to nutrition, no.

Overtraining? Im 193cm around 90kg eating around 2.-2.5k calories a day with around 80-120 protein a day.
volume is a bit higher than ur powerbuilding1 program.
Its confusing because my muscle feels ready but stays contracted then when i lift
I had this randomly last summer where i had to stand for 5minits in the pedestrian zone zone because i couldnt move my legs

I don’t know enough about your training history or the experience you’re describing to really comment, though overtraining has never been described in resistance training making that highly unlikely. It may be worth seeing a doctor if this has happened intermittently in your recent past.
