Good Morning Docs,
Just wanted to know what you thought of the following.
Currently on Block 3 of the Strongman Template (Mon,Tue, Thur, Fri) and this is how I’ve been structuring my cardio.
Wednesday Zone 2 for 60min. (Would it make a difference if that 60min had like a 10-15 minute break in between? Sometimes I have to deal with Wifeous Interruptous lol)
Friday Zone 2 for 30min sometimes immediately following lifting or about an hour after.
Both Saturday and Sunday 40-60min zone 1
