Hey guys,
I started learning Powerlifting movements about 2 years ago and have run everything from Starting Strength, Non-BBM Strength, and Volume blocks, and just finished The Bridge about 2 weeks ago. My height is 5ā7 and my weight is 165 lb.
Here are my current lift PRs:
Squat - 363 lb
Bench - 245 lb
Deadlift - 425 lb
My ideal goal is to increase each lift PR by 10% in about 5-6 months just in time for my 2nd Powerlifting meet.
What program would be best to achieve this goal?
