Could you suggest what program I should run next now that I have access to the gym again? My goals are to gain size while maintaining my 3 mile run time. For the last two months I have been doing BW exercises and following the Home Training Template. I am in my late 20s and have two years of training experience prior to COVID. I have the Bridge 3.0, the Hypertrophy I, and the Powerbuilding Templates. In about two months I plan on purchasing the 1 on 1 coaching package to help me program conditioning (running) and training to gain size.
