Next step

What next? A little background I started with SL 5x5, then switched to the Bridge 1.0, then alternated Bridge 3.0 and 3 Day Hyper a couple of times (maybe 2 or 3 runs of each) did a run through of Hyper 1, and about to complete my second straight run through of PB 1. Since starting with the Bridge I was using recomp multipliers and eventually went to fat loss multipliers from Beast. So I’ve been in a defecit for quite a while now over a year or so.

I’ll be ending my 2nd run through of PB1 and my defecit at the end of the month. Question is what template should I start my surplus with? Goal is to build strength and size and eventually start competing in local Strongman events. I had purchased legacy 12 week strength during a sale in the past but haven’t ran it yet but didn’t know if I would benefit rerunning pb1 or one of the Hypers in a surplus before jumping into strength?

I think the 12 week strength program would be great here, especially as you’ve already purchased it. This should be a nice run up for when you start training Strongman.
