One-sided pain

Hello,
I have recently noticed that almost all of the aches an pains I get in my lower body are on my left side/leg. Whether it’s knee pain, hip pain, back pain, etc, it’s almost always on my left leg. Could this be indicative of some anatomical/anthropometric dysfunction going on or should I just ignore the fact that my pain occurs more frequently on one side? I apologize if this question is petty. Thanks!

Hey! Can you provide some background? Age? Context when you experience pain?
Typically, despite what is discussed on instagram, there isn’t a pattern to pain regarding kinematic correlation but instead a person can become sensitized and other areas can be affected due to the heightened threat assessment and lowered tolerance level.
