So I may have a small and short window to influence evaluation of effectiveness at my hospital system. Our outcomes data collection is open for discussion. Do the moderators or other clinicians have recommendations for standardized outcome assessment and tracking?
Currently “use” FOTO. But the quotes were meant to signify the fact that management has never referenced FOTO data during performance reviews and most of the clinician regularly speak about how useless FOTO is. Management has let me know that we may not be continuing with FOTO. They mentioned that they may consider returning to previously used “Therapeutic Associates”.
I would really appreciate any suggestions or comments about assessment of clinical outcomes and any accompanying research. (By the way most of my clinic/organization is heavily manual biased. So maybe this can shed some light on their actual clinical outcomes)
Thanks in advance!
