I’m in week 9 of PB1, and I’ve had pain around my rear delts for almost 6 weeks now. The problem I’m having applying the BBM pain in training article is that I don’t know which exercises are causing the issue, and therefore I’m not sure which exercises to reduce intensity and volume on. I tried continuing with PB1 in the hopes that it would alleviate in time, but after 6 weeks I feel I should reevaluate my approach to this. What steps would you suggest I take next? An online consultation? Anything else?
