Would it be damaging in any way to run the last week of The Bridge again (into week 9) to allow for more of fatigue to dissipate and realize more strength gains?
I think you may run the risk of detraining, but some individuals will thrive with that setup too so…go for it!

Dr. Feigenbaum, just as a thought experiment, I considered the following modification:
For week 9: raise the RPE of the single to 9 and cut off one back-off set (i.e. only one back-off set).
For week 10: raise the RPE of the single to 10 with no back-off sets.
So that would be 2 extra weeks with very low volume.
I guess the risk is detraining; however, how much of a risk is it actually? I.e. is two weeks of low volume training enough to damage hypertrophy gains?
