Hi!

What would be an alternative for TnG Bench on Day 2 of the Novice Peak if TnG Bench is being used as the main lift instead of a competition, paused bench? No access to bands, chains or Slingshot at the moment. Just swap the comp & TnG bench in the program or go with something like board/floor press?

Thanks in advance!

I would just do a paused bench in place of the touch n go bench in that scenario.
