In bridge 2.0 we have:
5 @ 7, 5 @ 8, 5 @ 9. Repeat 5 @ 9 x 2 sets
as far as I can tell, this is the same as:
5 @ 7, 5 @ 8, 5 @ 9 x 3 sets
Is this correct?
Bridge 2.0 also has:
10 @ 7, 10 @ 8, 10 @ 9.x 3 sets
so I’m curious why its not written
10 @ 7, 10 @ 8, 10 @ 9.x 1 Repeat 10@9 x 2 more sets
Please clarify.
They’re the same, don’t over-think it
OK. I hope future templates are a little easier to use. Its taking me hours to transpose these to a usable excel sheet.
Thanks for clarifying. I’m really enjoying doing your programs.
Most of our users seem to report that the most updated templates are very usable, and don’t require any sort of transposition.
I’m curious as to why you need to spend the time doing any Excel work. Why?
I use the Excel app on my iPhone, templates look and work just fine.
Then I must be missing something.
I also use excel on my phone.
To make the template usable, I have to type up the reps, sets, RPE, etc.
I have to scroll down and see what SD-1 is from week 5(for example), then scroll up to see what RPE and reps I’m using.
Its super time consuming…What should I be doing?
I’m still looking for help here.
I have the master template bundle. I’m trying to make the 12 week strength template use able.
With one screen, its annoying as hell… I realize I’m probably doing something wrong, so some clarification would be appreciated.
These programs aren’t exactly cheap. A little advice here please.
