I’m going into weeks 7 on the Bridge. My progress has been awesome to say the least. But the workouts are LOOOONG, especially day three. Sometimes 120 to 135 minutes to complete. I time my workset rests only, so maybe I’m taking longer between warmups than I think I am where I generally just load the bar, take a few breaths, and jump in. I’m going to focus on that, but I wanted your opinion on HOW I’m warming up. Maybe the jumps could be bigger? I seem to focus on 45’s and 25’s only for warmups, so perhaps that’s a bad plan.
Here’s a rough example of what a day 1 Squat would start like if I’m shooting for 1@8, 4@8. Do you think this is typical, too little, too much? Thanks!
