Hello! I’m just starting this process and doing a 4 day powerbuilding template. I’ve previously taken a day break between body parts. If I’m spacing out it takes longer than a week. Any concern for back to back days of similar exercises? Or recommendations on how to space it out? Thanks!

Howdy!

Thanks for joining the forum and for your business. We really appreciate it.

The 4-day templates are generally _designed_ to be ran with back-to-back training days, then a day off, then two more back-to-back training days, e.g. M/T/R/F. Of course, you could do three training sessions in a row if needed, or space them out differently if you like. Ultimately, the main goal should be to get _ALL_ of the training done each month or so. Outside of that, the spacing between sessions is mostly personal preference based on your schedule.
