I did search the forums, and wasn’t able to find a similar question, so apologies if this has already been covered.
I started the Hypertrophy I template last week, and realized pretty quickly that I’m pretty lost when it comes to how to properly perform a sumo deadlift. I noticed that the PDF that came with the template doesn’t include a learning resource for this lift.
Is there a BBM-preferred video or resource for learning how to properly do a sumo DL? There are a million videos out there, but I’m wondering if there’s one that’s preferred by the BBM team.
