Sorry if this was answered elsewhere, tried to find the answer to no avail in old stickys/posts.

I’m looking to get the press template however I don’t have the ability to do pin press with the racks I have access to(and live in rural Utah so short of buying a new rack have no options). Can I still do/modify the program without the ability to do the pin press or should I think about a different program? The highest possible starting bar position out of the hooks on the rack(non-adjustable) is about level with the bottom of my nose so I could do some pin press from there I guess.

Also to save making a second post, are there any coaches in the salt lake area(or cedar City/st George) that you would recommend? I need to dial in my squat form a bit.
Additionally any plans to do a seminar in salt lake? I would certainly attend.

You can substitute those with Paused Presses, or just more “regular” presses.

I don’t think we know anyone in that area, unfortunately. Sorry about that!
