I’m about to start the Time Crunch-Pivot template and have a dumb question - on the 3rd and 4th sets of each exercise the template states “-8% (~76% e1RM) from 5@9 x 2 sets of 5 reps.”
Does that mean that for those two last sets, I basically do 76% of my e1RM (or basically subtract 8% from my second set) and do 5 reps for 2 sets?
