Hi guys i am currently doing strong lifts 5x5 and i am planning on purchasing the whole of the beginner template in a week or so, when i start college what template should I start with plus
what is your guys opinion on dr joel seedman and squat depth .

I think you can start on phase II if you’ve been doing SL for > 3 months. If not, just start on phase I.

I have been training for two years with ss hitting plateaus so i switched to SL so is phase II is more fitting plus i agree Seedman is a schmuck
