I’m specifically interested in how the BBM people would program for those that are expected to lift people, often in awkward positions with limited space. Obviously with the goal of injury prevention in mind.
Would you change anything from your basic templates for this population?
The templates wouldn’t need much modification here, assuming there’s some other form of job-specific skill practice involved in your day-to-day life/training. If not, you could make the supplemental/GPP work involve things like sandbag work, loaded carries, unilateral work, etc.
