Psoriatic Arthritis (updated)

Hello BBM.
After listening to your podcast about low back pain (Stream episode Barbell Medicine Pain and Rehab Podcast #3: Low Back Pain by Barbell Medicine podcast | Listen online for free on SoundCloud), I started to have some thoughts about this condition (it was referenced as a reason for low back pain).

To start with, around 10 years ago, I was on vacation. Then all of a sudden, my big toes started to open up, causing a lot of pain and blood, causing me to go to the doctor. As I remember, he gave me something to rub on them. As time was passing, my feet were getting better (they are in perfect condition for the last 5 years or so), but I started to have itchy scalp . I went to the doctor again and, at first he thought it might be eczema, but he realized that it is psoriasis (my grandma had, so I think it’s hereditary). Since then, I got really good at managing it. The only thing I have now is some very small rashes on my face, nothing like big scales (which I get after showering), that with some aloe vera cream get better. My scalp, as long as I don’t get really anxious (when I am, I scratch my scalp and then and then only it gets some rashes), it is in a very good condition.
So, you could say, it’s like I don’t have the condition now, or it is very very mild.

To get to the present, for almost 1 year now I have been dealing with low back pain after one acute incident in the gym, and knee pain especially in my right knee after 1 rep in squats which I caved in my knees a lot. I got an MRI in my knees last summer, didn’t got told I had any degradation in cartilage.

Also, almost 5 years ago I stopped playing basketball because, all of a sudden, I started developing some serious pain in my feet when running with high pace that even hurts, with some shoes, when walking. I eventually, after my physio didn’t manage to help me with the issue, got told by a sports medicine to get an MRI in my back. I was told that I have some disc bulges and some Schmorls nodes that may cause the pain in my feet -no radiation symptoms in legs-.

Another thing is that, for some years now, I have been dealing with chest pain that I feel when stretching it, right in the middle of it(doesn’t causing me any trouble in everyday activities or in gym). Could it be a joint…?

I have been dealing with those issues in, but also out, of the gym (everyday life).

So, should I check myself for this condition?
Could this pain in so many places been getting caused by it?
And If it is, is it manageable? What should I do If my doc tells me to stop lifting weights?
Thanks for you time !
