Hello BBM crew, during my last set of squats today I felt a pain around my left lat. It hurt so bad I had trouble taking a breath. I tried my best not to catastrophize it and continue my workout. Unfortunately not being able to breathe made me have to stop. I never really thought about this type of pain from squatting. Any thoughts on what might’ve happened and how to treat it would be appreciated. Thanks
