Simple question. It’s regarding how to interpret your sets x reps notation for GPP Hypertropghy.
You state: 6 @ 6, 6 @ 7, 6 @ 8 x 2 sets
Do you mean: 6 @ 6 x 1 set, 6 @ 7 x1 set, and then 6@8 x 2 sets (ie. working sets) OR do you mean 6 @ 6 x 2 sets, 6 @7 x2 sets, 6 @8 x2 sets.
I think you mean the first option which results in 24 total reps. The second option means 36 total reps. I just want to be certain that I’m interpreting your prescription correctly.
