1st off love your content keep up the good work.
I am just starting the bridge which calls for rack pulls mid shin which puts the bar the same height off the floor as my dead-lift , since I am only 5’3" tall. How much higher should the bar be from the dead-lift position?
Thanks. -Doug

Set it up about 3 inches off the floor or so.
