Hi all,

I RDL more than I conventional. My RDL ROM goes to the bottom of my knee and then I come back up. Should I be trying to get a further stretch since I am RDLing more than conventional? Here is a YT link showing my RDL. If this depth is not an issue, why am I able to RDL more than conventional? [https://youtu.be/kszTZzqatmY](https://youtu.be/kszTZzqatmY)

Thanks,

John

This range of motion is fine.

It is easier to lower a given weight eccentrically than it is to lift it concentrically, plus you’re getting a stretch reflex when you turn it around for the ascent.
