Five years post-MI (LAD) and stent. At discharge, EF was 57%. Recent EKG found LBBB and echocardiogram an EF of 47%. I barbell train twice a week, Jiu Jitsu three times a week. Can the reduced EF by mitigated by any kind of training? Happy to schedule a consult if that would be a more helpful way to go.

The amount & type of training you’re already doing is likely sufficient to get all of the potential benefits from exercise at it relates to your cardiovascular situation.
