If I rerun The Bridge or transition to HLM, I see that my programmed GPP sessions would decrease from 2x/week to 1x/week during the transition, before later returning to 2x/week.

Is it really optimal to decrease my GPP frequency? Or are the programs written this way to account for trainees who are coming from a no-GPP state?

The latter.

If you’re adapted to doing 2x/wk, you can stick with that.

Thanks! That was my intuition, but I didn’t want to presume.

The gradual implementation of GPP in The Bridge is very nicely handled. Now that I’m up to 2x, I definitely want to keep it here. Being relatively strong but easily winded is overrated.
