Hey BBM crew,
Been keeping up with your content for the past 1.5 years and I really appreciate you guys helping me lose over 100 pounds (starting at 285). My current stats are:
Age: 24
Height: 5’11”
Weight: 179 lbs
Waist Circumference: 33”
Estimated BF%: 16-17%
I’ve been training for about 8 months consistently. My main goal right now is to lose the handles and the skin/fat around my belly. I’m feeling pretty hungry these days but I’m willing to keep pushing to reach my goal. Is it safe to keep losing weight until I reach my goal or would you suggest gaining more lean body mass first?
