I would like to know what you folks use as your knowledge base to come up with your own programming? I have Practical Programming for Strength Training but that’s it.

It seems like every time I buy programming, I’ve been conned (Athlean-x: Fake plates, Cybergenics: before and after photos of steroid users). That being the case, I need to know how to do my own programming.

I’m still a novice at programming, but here are some BBM resources:

There is a synopsis of the Barbell Medicine take in the pdf that accompanies the Low Fatigue Strength template, but most, if not all of the information is scattered around here for free. Here are some of them:

Outside of that, I have a stack of books and I eventually want to work through the Reactive Training Systems classroom resources.

It could take a lot of years of experience with different programs and training goals before you can do your own programming.

Have you tried any of the BBM templates?

What is your main goal and why do you think that you need to do your own programming to meet that goal?

Juggernaut training systems has some programming books. There is some good info on programming ideas. I’ve used the powerlifting one but I’ve gone back to just using BBM templates.
