Shadow boxing with upper limb tendinopathies?

Hello chaps

I’m keen for your thoughts on the idea of shadow boxing as a HIIT modality when the person has upper limb tendinopathies (shoulders, elbow, wrists etc).

Would it be pretty low risk or would the tendon loads be quite high and caution would be advised?

To me, seems like a pretty safe bet.

I would not be concerned with significant tendon loads in this activity.
