Hey,
I think this may have been done in my sleep but, I awoke three days ago with a pain in only my left shoulder when i lift it away from my body, i’m not sure if this would follow the advice with back pain to move it more and continue to go though the pain or not. Pain had seemed to get a little better as i was able to bench, but after trying to self massage it which i maybe shouldn’t have done it feels worse, like the initial day. Hurts more now even if i just lift the shoulder/ arm. What should i do?
