Squatting a shade high

Having recorded myself on video from a side-view at mid-thigh level I can see that I am squatting just a shade short of legal. It’s not much, but it’d be enough to fail in competition, sadly.

was wondering on the best way of amending this?

was thinking…

a) squat to a trigger point (a pad or box just below parallel)- just enough to touch, not rest on.
b) focus on pin squats from just below parallel for a few weeks
c) just keep going with reduced reps on the volume/working sets and hope I adjust
d) add front squats
e) a combo of all of the above

I’ve just done a very successful 6-week volume block (3-5 x8reps at 70-75%) with (high) PBs at 10RM and 1RM.

Can you just try cueing yourself to going lower? You might have to take some weight off the bar to do this, but I think this is the best solution rather than adding a bunch of different stuff that doesn’t really fix the issue.
