Strength I GPP Template Question

Good morning fellas. I have a question regarding the Strength I GPP template prescription.

On week 4 of the template, the first GPP session calls for 30:00 of LISS cardio @RPE 6, but under the “Template exercise notes” in the app, it says “20 second sprints every 2 minutes for 14 minutes”.

Can you please clarify this for me, as I’ve done quite a few of your templates, but never seen LISS programmed like this before…

I’m assuming this is SUPPOSED to be 30:00 @ RPE 6…

Week 4 in that template has both steady state and sprints, which I think is how it has to be listed in the current app build out. I’ll pop in there in and check. That said, the cardio prescriotion for the week is:

30 min steady state @ RPE 6 1x/wk

20 sec sprint every 2 min x 14 minutes 1x/wk
