Hi, I need some help with my templates that I purchased. I sent an email to support, got a response from Tom he said he would help out and get back to me. This was on January 13th, Unfortunately I have not heard from him. I sent two follow up emails but no response. Perhaps there is another person on staff that could help? I would like to get this resolved so i can start with the correct template. Thanks! JS
