I had a consultation with a surgeon after my GP thought I had a marble size hole. The consultant concluded that I only had a weakness in my fascia, about three fingers in size. To reduce exercises requiring bracing, wear a belt and look up on YouTube for muscles to strengthen my fascia in this area.
Ever since the pain I’ve reduced intensity in exercises that cause more feeling of pain, based around the pain. My question is whether there’s any validity to these strengthening exercises. I suppose it’s in the hiatal area if this needs consideration.
