Hello, just a short question.

What template has more conditioning, the Rowing template or Gen S&C2?

The[General Strength and Conditioning II template](https://www.barbellmedicine.com/shop/training-templates/strength/general-strength-conditioning-template-ii/) has more total conditioning and is positioned as a slightly more advanced template than the [Rowing Template.](https://www.barbellmedicine.com/shop/training-templates/strength/rowing-template/)
