I purchased the Low Fatigue Template through the app. I’d like to be able to download it onto my laptop so I can more easily read the instructions, but it doesn’t show up in my orders. Is there a way to do that? I’ve tried printing the instructions in the app from my phone, but it force closes the app (iphone).

I’m able to see templates I’ve purchased on-line in the app so I assume it should go both ways.

In the Low Fatigue Template, where percentages are referenced, are they of e1RM or of the @x weight? For example, Week 1 Day 1 Squats, work up to 3@7, then 3 sets of 6 at 67%. Is it 67% of the @7 weight, or 67% of e1RM using the 3@7 weight?

This may be explained in the instructions which I have trouble reading on my phone.

Thanks

Hello, Im not sure about the issue regarding seeing the template online as opposed to through the mobile app. Sounds like a technical issue maybe. I believe, though, that when it says “3 sets of 6 @ 67%” its referring to 67% of your last e1RM. You should be able to click on the “67%” in the chart on the app and a window pops up showing you the recommended weight you should use in reference to your last e1RM, which is based of your previous set.

I had the same issue - the template showed up in my app but not when I logged in through the browser. Their support guy was super quick and fixed the issue: [support@barbellmedicine.com](mailto:support@barbellmedicine.com)

Also, it would eventually be under “downloads” too.

Thank you both.
