Template Selection - Peloton

Hi Docs - I recently invested in a peloton and am interested in increasing my output during my cycling sessions. My assumption is that this can be accomplished via two things:

  1. More peloton
  2. Increased single leg strength

Assuming I am correct, would you recommend the Gen S&C template or the Hypertrophy template (or something else entirely)?

I think any of our templates is likely to increase your leg strength and thus increase your cycling performance potential. I think the Gen S/C template is probably right up your alley here.
