Hi I’m going to start The Bridge 1.0 maybe in the next following weeka however I have a question, how do you warm up for the weight given the RPE? In starting strength I used an app which told me what weights to use for warm ups, but here since I don’t have a prescribed weight for a workout how do I warm up,
thanks.
