Good morning-

46 yo male, 5’9", 250 lbs, 45" waist

No competitive goals. I need to drop some (a lot) of fat and would like to at least maintain strength if not increase.
Haven’t run the NLP to completion but have a history of strength training, so I’m not sure if that still makes me a novice. Latest numbers:

Bench: 200_10
Squat 275_10
DL 315\*5

What template would you recommend for me? I had thought of starting Bridge 1.0 next week; thoughts on that and/or what to do after? I should be able to train 3-4 days/week.

Thanks in advance!

Jason

Hi Jason,

The Bridge would be a great start! I’d definitely start there and then you should have a better idea of what type of template you’d like to do next, but the hypertrophy templates would be great options.
