Hello,
Just one question about training with fever. Last couple of days i got sick (stuffed nose, fever, headache) and missed 1 week of training. Since yesterday fever dropped to 37 degrees (98.65 fahrenheit). I have a meet coming up April 7, so how long should i wait before a start training again? It is ok to go training with that temperature since i feel ok? I’m just a little cautious not to make things worse.
Any advice?

Best regards,
Tvoja.

Please don’t send the same question to us multiple times via multiple routes (IG posts / DMs / FB group etc.).

Thank you, it’s simply important to remember that several of these forums are moderated, so the posts must be approved. Also patience while trying ONE avenue is preferred, as that gives anyone time to respond.

My thinking is that if you can train it is safe to train. No matter what.
