update /few questions

Good evening everyone, I haven’t posted here in a while so I wanted to ask something. So I currently am front squatting and sumo deadlifting with my back issue. As of right now I still have a 24/7 ache and a burning feeling when I sit. Pain is going away while training tho but I still haven’t went over 70 percent of my previous max. Should I keep increasing the percentages and go near maximal loads with the constant 24/7 issues? Or should I stay with sub maximal loads?

If it doesn’t hurt while you train, or isn’t noticeably worse after training, I’d continue to slowly increase percentages and not worry about your back.
