Hi there - I was following a self-made HLM template before Christmas and was going into the next phase which required upping volume. I unfortunately haven’t trained over the xmas period, so it will be 2 weeks since I lifted when I get back in the gym (foolish I know).
Would you recommend still upping the volume and adjusting weight based on RPE, or taking a week/two to get back into the swing of things before upping volume?
