Using Planned 1@8 Back-Off as Warm-Up: Beltless?

Hello all,

As suggested elsewhere on these forums, I’ve grown quite fond of using a back-off set of 5 for the planned 1@8 as a warm-up to the single.

I’ve been doing this set beltless, throwing on the belt a set or two prior to the single itself.

Just curious, do you all use a belt for this back-off set?

I probably would wear it personally, just to keep all things equal. But in reality, it’s a sub-maximal set so it probably makes 0 difference tbh.

Appreciate that, thank you!
