Any idea what the macros are for wagyu top sirloin? I bought a 1lb steak that I split up evenly into 4 meals but I can’t find any consistent or reliable macros for this cut of meat.
What did it say on the label?
If it were me, I’d just use this and add 4-5g fat per serving.

It was from a local butcher. Only thing on the label was the type of cut, wagyu top sirloin, and the weight, 1.03 lbs. so thank you for the link.
