Hello Dr’s.
I tried looking for this in the forums, but could only find answers for relatively new trainees. So, when someone is as advanced as you are, how do they go about with weekly weight increments for the same exercise, set and rep schemes? As someone running the beginner template, I find continually increasing stress/stimulus is being provided by multiple factors (increased weight at same RPE, increased RPE, increased volume etc). What would it be for advanced trainees?
I probably shouldn’t worry about this for a few years, but my curiosity is overreaching.
