Weight not moving

Good morning,

I have been on a cut at around 1850 calories for a while and the weight stalled at around 190.
Last week I added 400 calories to 2250 but haven’t gained any weight and my waist actually went down a bit.
Should I keep the 2250 for a bit longer to see what happens or add more calories if I want to slowly gain weight?

I’d go up again by ~ 250 Cal or so, hold for 2 weeks, then reassess.
