I notice theres a free version of The Bridge and there’s another that you can pay for, I believe it’s the 3.0. What version is free on the website? How much changed between the two and is it truly worth it to pay for the new one?

They are two different programs so you can use both of them, starting with the free version. But yes, depending on your training history, Bridge 3.0 can be VERY worth it.
Gotcha. I’m currently starting my 7th week of SS NLP, so I should be ready for the free Bridge in about 4-6 weeks. Going to start losing some body fat at the same time, around 20-30 pounds. Would it be worth it to do 3.0 if I’ve only had about 5 months of training and I’m on a small calorie deficit?
Really either are fine, and the free Bridge is a fantastic start to our programming and you can do this while losing weight.
