While running the begginer perscription...

I’m 5’9 257lb Male. Obviously the focus should be on losing, as I am very overweight. I plan to begin the beginner prescription and go calorie restricted. I was wondering if I should incorporate HITT-while running the beginner prescription- as recommended in the ‘to be a beast’ article, or If I should modify anything else due to being extremely overweight.

We program HIIT later on in the Beginner Prescription. If you’re not doing any right now, I would just do the GPP as programmed and also try to get ~ 5000 steps a day (minimum) accumulated in 5 minute bouts.
