Good Afternoon BBM,

When it comes to whole grains what should i be looking for on bread labels? I know its rather processed but I do enjoy whole wheat bread and it helps me adhere to my diet. It seems they all promote WHOLE GRAIN but the problem is there are so many! I don’t know what I should be looking for to make sure I’m getting the best bang for my buck. Any recommendations or help would be great!

Luke

Whole wheat bread is cool with us. If you’re getting ~2.5g of fiber per serving or more for a whole grain, that’s a pretty good deal.
