I’m currently using MFP to help run a slight caloric deficit. In the tool, one can add “Strength Training” for a given time period (e.g. 60 minutes) as a cardiovascular exercise into MFP and have the calories for that exercise session counted towards one’s daily nutrition goals. Given the vagaries of determining caloric expenditure from strength training is this even a worthwhile thing to attempt to track or should I not bother?
